Responsibilities: Assisting members and potential members by opening and closing all available deposit accounts; providing accurate information on membership eligibility, products and services, interviewing members, taking and processing loan applications and/or recommending loan alternatives. Maintain appropriate records and prepare required reports for deposit accounts and loans. Offer and implement other various products and services and acting as a liaison between members and various organizations and departments.
Requirements: Two years of similar or related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, must have good communication skills, ability to generate essential reports, interpret data and calculate ratios, ability to recognize acceptable forms of income verification and identify acceptable forms or personal identification. IRA experience preferred.
